Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a separate notification once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: approximately 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: approximately 10–18 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery can vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or seasonal demand. We know waiting is hard, and we appreciate your patience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, email us at support@getaethervision.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it right away.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country, customs fees or import taxes may apply on delivery. These are set by your local government and are the customer's responsibility — AetherVision does not collect or control these fees.
