Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your AetherVision glasses. Here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@getaethervision.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video showing the issue.

Once we confirm the problem, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund — you do not need to send the item back to us. This keeps things simple and fast for you.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (change-of-mind returns), or once a defect is confirmed (damaged/defective items), we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or defect confirmation, as required by law. Please note your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to display the refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply changed your mind, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How it works:
1. Email us at support@getaethervision.com within 30 days of delivery, including a photo of the item showing its current condition and the reason for your return.
2. We'll review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we'll reply with the return address and any further instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of approval, at your own cost. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we can't issue a refund for items lost in return transit.
4. The item must arrive unworn, unused, and complete with all original packaging and included accessories (case, cleaning cloth, manual, sun lenses).

If the returned item doesn't meet these conditions, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value, or decline the return and ship the item back to you.

Please note: your first 14 days after delivery are protected by EU statutory withdrawal rights regardless of item condition concerns above — see "Your Statutory Rights" below.

Your Statutory Rights

As a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason — this right applies regardless of item condition and cannot be limited by our extended 30-day policy above. Products are also covered by the statutory 2-year warranty for defects under EU consumer law.
